Privacy Policy

This policy covers outsec.au, the Outsec marketing website. It does not cover the handling of data collected through the Outsec assessment service itself (e.g. by the SEKKO scanning agent) — that is governed by a separate agreement provided directly to clients.

Who we are

This site is operated by Luke Fitzsimmons, trading as Outliers Collective (ABN 60 655 363 362).

What this website collects

This site does not use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts, and has no sign-up or contact form. The only personal information we receive is whatever you choose to send us directly — for example, by emailing contact@outsec.au. We use that information only to respond to your enquiry.

Third-party services

Page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com). Loading a font from Google's servers shares your device's IP address and browser details with Google, in the same way any embedded third-party resource does. We don't control or receive that data ourselves.

Data storage and security

Any email correspondence is stored in our own mailbox and handled with reasonable care. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties.

External links

This site may link to external resources (e.g. the Australian Cyber Security Centre's Essential Eight documentation). We aren't responsible for the privacy practices of external sites.

Our approach to privacy

As a small business we may fall outside the small-business threshold set by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), but we aim to handle personal information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles as a matter of good practice regardless.

This policy may be updated from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page.
